Join us to present your art work, hear feedback from peers and join the conversation with special guest award-winning British textile designer and FESPA Textile Ambassador Debbie McKeegan. In this session the guest creative will start by sharing their personal and professional practice, before facilitating a conversation around each presenting artists’ work.
Debbie McKeegan is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary creative and renowned digital print pioneer, with over 25 years’ experience within the Textile manufacturing industry. Debbie is the CEO of TexIntel, a British digital textile printing company, and has a unique insight that combines creativity with a deep knowledge of traditional manufacturing process and the essential application of disruptive digital technologies.

Bow Arts seeks to support creative professionals at all stages of their careers. In 2015 Bow Arts launched Bow Skills in response to an artist survey which showed over 90% of practicing artists find it useful to receive further support outside formal education. Bow Skills is a dynamic and relevant programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which is informed by an artist steering group and open to all creative practitioners across London. The programme of talks, panel discussions, new skills labs and peer crits is open to all, with concession rates available to Bow Arts artists and students.
About Debbie McKeegan
As a multi-disciplinary creative and renowned digital print pioneer, Debbie McKeegan holds over 25 years’ experience within the Textile manufacturing industry. An award winning Textile designer, and lifetime manufacturer of printed products for Fashion and Interiors, she has a unique insight that combines creativity with a deep knowledge of traditional manufacturing process and the essential application of disruptive digital technologies. Her family have been printing since 1968.
McKeegan has been winning Awards for over fifteen years, her first award given by the BIDA (British Interior Design Association) back in 2003, for a ground-breaking collection of Digital Furnishing Fabrics, created under license with the Andy Warhol Foundation, based in New York. In 2015 she was a Finalist in the Digital Entrepreneur Awards | Best Small Business category, and in 2018 she won a Silver FESPA Award for Roll to Roll Textiles, with the "Royal Floral" Fabric collection, a specialised collection of Fire Resistant fabrics for Contract Interiors.
Debbie McKeegan is the CEO of TexIntel. TexIntel are focused on Digital Textile Printing, Print Production and the supporting Software and Automation technologies and Consumables, Textiles and Machinery for the Fashion marketplace, Decorative Interiors, including Home Furnishings, for both Residential and Contract Industries. Their breadth of production experience encompasses both analogue and digital technologies across all print processes, be that Analogue or Digital, using Dye Sublimation, Reactive, Pigment, Solvent or Latex print process.
