The Dairy in the Dark store will be and fun and interactive event with a serious message. The way that milk is currently packaged and sold, with no protection from indoor light damage, means it would have to be kept in the dark to get the same freshness, nutrients and taste they would expect from their milk.

At this event, visitors will be encouraged to take a taste test and see for themselves the difference that light-protection can make. There will also be a free coffee bar - what's not to love?
