The inaugural show for Thrown, a brand new gallery in Highgate, North London, specialising in contemporary ceramics.
Exploring the theme of surface, 'In Suspense' brings together three ceramicists and two painters who distinctively capture and hold certain moments within their chosen medium. Pools of glaze and paint, the impact of a gestural brush mark and burnt outlines will be held within our walls for this highly anticipated first show.
Featuring new collections by Tom Kemp, Bisila Noha, Charlotte O'Shea, Angela Smith and Alison West.
