Artist group, Neo Futurist Collective, drawing their inspiration from Luigi Russolo’s seminal Art of Noises manifesto, have spent 10 years exploring the “transformation of urban noise”. The Collective, founded on the streets of Brighton in 2008 on the 99th anniversary of the publication of the Futurist manifesto, will meet its end on the evening of 16 October, in an act of creative self-destruction.
