Nonprofit organization, You Call This Yoga, to host a free, online event - YogaFestOnline 3 on August 28th, 29th and 30th.

This three day online event hosted by You Call This Yoga (YCTY) will unite individuals to experience the healing benefits of yoga. YCTY’s mission is to empower the community to enhance their well-being with accessible yoga. YCTY is hosting a live event, YogaFestOnline 3 that is led by 18 unique teachers that have donated their time and expertise to help our world be healthier and more connected with each other.

What: Join thousands of people around the world for three days of free, online yoga and meditation. Each day offers one-hour classes, in meditation, gentle, active, chair, and youth yoga. Attendees can choose which classes to register for.

Who: All are welcome, from the beginner to advanced yoga enthusiast! Anyone who can connect with us over the internet. Where: Online, attend from the comfort of your home. You Call This Yoga is based in Raleigh NC with teachers from around the USA and the rest of the world.

When: Friday, August 28 from 6:30pm-12:00am (midnight), Saturday August 29 from 8:00am- 10:30pm and Sunday, August 30, 2020 from 8:00 a.m - 1:30pm EDT

How: through a coordinated Zoom broadcast, marketed throughout the nation and the world accessible via YogaFestOnline 3. 

About You Call This Yoga: You Call This Yoga is an educational 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to improve public health, help the physically challenged and under-served improve their life through yoga. You Call This Yoga provides free and low cost yoga instruction at a variety of public and private venues, grants for teacher training and community service, TV and online education, and YogaFest public events
